Following in-depth discussions on future academic exchanges, mutual visits for staff and students, and research collaboration directions, the two sides reached consensus on cooperation in teacher training, staff and student exchange programs, and joint research initiatives. To formalize this agreement, representatives signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a solid institutional framework for subsequent collaboration.
